Vibrant provides quality compassionate health care to patients residing throughout North and East Texas. Our team of skilled and continuously trained health care providers is committed to providing the highest level of care, incorporating a multi-discipline approach based on the needs of each individual patient.

Rhoel Mananghaya, RN, BSN
Administrator / Field Operations Manager

Rhoel joined the Vibrant Home Health team as a Field RN in 2007. His leadership and clinical knowledge was immediately evident and he quickly became the point of contact for all nursing staff. Rhoel’s compassionate nature and exceptional patient care brought him to the forefront in the next to join the leadership team. His servant-leader style and the trust that he builds with the staff is the standard set for all management. Leveraging his 20 plus years of experience and leadership learned while working at facilities like the Dallas VA Hospital and at Medical City of Dallas has been critical in the development of programs and in the delivery of quality patient care throughout the organization.

Rhoel earned his BSN at Manila Doctors College. His work in various fields ranging from dialysis to oncology to managing a staff caring for over 500 patients makes him a valuable asset to the organization, ensuring compassionate patient care and quality improvement initiatives.

Maryjane Reed, RN, BSN
Director of Nursing

MJ joined the Vibrant Home Health team as our Director of Nursing in 2012. MJ is a team leader dedicated to excellent patient care. She brings with her 15+ years of nursing experience from hospital, hospice and home health. Her leadership skills have been developed in settings like ETMC, Baylor University, Medical City of Dallas, Harris Methodist, and Doctors Hospital. She comes to the Vibrant team with a servants heart and is eager to set the example of quality patient care and delivery with the staff by building rapport and utilizing her extensive organizational and managerial experiences.

MJ earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New York University in 1997. Her work in various fields ranging from surgical, progressive care, telemetry, pain management and home health makes her a valuable asset to the Vibrant family. She is passionate in ensuring a compassionate workforce committed to delivering unsurpassed quality patient care.

We also offer physical, occupational and speech therapy using evidence-based pathways to ensure thorough rehabilitation is delivered. We believe that we have a responsibility as an agency to help our staff remain on the forefront of care techniques, cutting edge technology, and understand compliance and industry regulations. Our education department is tasked with incorporating leading edge patient care technologies and implementing regulatory compliance guidelines.
